Who we are
This site is operated by Eyler Creative, a digital marketing agency based in Towson, Maryland. To reach a person about anything on this page, email justin@eylercreative.com.
What you give us
The only form on this site is the marketing game plan request. When you submit it, we receive what you typed: your name and company, phone and email, the service area you work in, what you would most like help with, and anything you add in the message box. It is saved on our own hosting and a copy is emailed to us so we see it promptly.
What we collect automatically
When you submit the form we also record your IP address (used to limit repeated submissions, which keeps spam out without making you solve a puzzle), your browser’s user agent, and where you came from: the referring page, the page you first landed on and any campaign parameters in that link (such as utm_source, utm_campaign, gclid or fbclid). That is how we know which marketing produced an enquiry.
Cookies
This site sets one cookie of its own, edm_attr. It lasts 90 days and holds only the campaign parameters and referring page from your first visit, so that if you read the site today and get in touch next week we still know which link brought you here. It contains nothing about you personally.
We may use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate. Google sets its own cookies to do that, described in Google’s privacy policy, and you can opt out with Google’s browser add-on. If you reach this site from a Google or Meta ad, those platforms may set cookies to record that the click led to an enquiry. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the form works either way.
What we do with it
- Reply to your enquiry and prepare the marketing game plan you asked for.
- Contact you about that enquiry, by email or phone.
- Measure which marketing produced which enquiries.
- Keep automated spam out of the form.
We do not add you to a mailing list because you filled in the form.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other contractors. It is handled by the services that run this site on our behalf: our web host and our email provider, plus Google Analytics as described above. We will disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our system for as long as we may reasonably need them. If you would rather we did not keep yours, tell us and we will delete it.
Your choices
Email justin@eylercreative.com to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You do not need to give a reason.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are stored where they are not publicly reachable. We do not collect payment details or government identifiers here.
Children
This site is aimed at business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it.
